A guide to Zoom
Your instructor will conduct the session through an online platform known as a ‘webinar’. Here are some helpful tips to maximise your experience:
• Feel free to ask questions: Just like in a traditional classroom, your instructor is there to support your learning journey. There are no silly questions.
• If you’re attending with colleagues, consider selecting a ‘speaker’ to communicate questions to the instructor.
• Enjoy yourself! We strive to make learning engaging and enjoyable.
• Please note: Attendance for the entire session is mandatory to receive your certificate.
• Delegates, please log in 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to address any technical issues.
Using Zoom: You can access Zoom via the Zoom app or your PC (Zoom download required).
• Zoom oUers intuitive features for direct interaction with our instructor.
• Please mute your microphone when not speaking to reduce background noise.
• If possible, use headphones for better audio quality.
